After investigators proved that Joann Taylor didn’t exist, John kept changing his story, even from behind bars.
Over a decade passed when the boys' mother, Tanya Zuvers, petitioned the court to have her sons declared legally dead. Days before John Skelton was to be released from prison, a shocking announcement was made.
